Lindsey Starts Kindergarten

Lindsey started kindergarten on August 21st. She transferred to Laurie's school so she can be with Mom. Her new teacher is Mrs. Daniel. We were were afraid she wouldn't like it because she was leaving all the friends she had been with for 3 years. But when we walked her in her new classroom, she sat down at her seat, started working on a puzzle, and waved goodbye to us. She won't tell us a lot about what she is doing in class, but we think she is doing well. They have tested her on where she is learning-wise, and when they did the reading test, she didn't miss a word! I know she has gone to science lab and young astronauts lab already this week. I didn't know they had those things for kindergarteners!!!

Lindsey Visits Pat Pat, Pop Pop, and Uncle Bradley

August 11th we went to visit Pat Pat and Pop Pop because Uncle Bradley was in town for a visit. Lindsey had fun playing cards, walking around the block, and playing ball with all of them.

Roller Skating Party

Another of Lindsey's friends, Nicole, had a roller skating party for her 6th birthday. This is Lindsey's 2nd time to roller skate and she's getting better and better at it!

Robert Turns 4!!

Lindsey's friend Robert turned 4 at the end of July. He had a bowling birthday party. Lindsey LOVED it!

4th Of July

Lindsey had a very busy 4th of July. First we went to her cousin Emily's house to go swimming. Then we went to her friends Kyra, Christian, Kaleb, and Cameron's house to eat and to shoot fireworks. Most of the kids were scared of the fireworks and ran inside..... so the adults enjoyed them!

Lindsey Takes Swimming Lessons

Lindsey is taking swimming lessons this summer. She is taking a class at UALR with her friends Jack, Charlie, and Robert. She is very excited to learn to swim. Hopefully we'll have a little fish when she finishes the two week class.
