1st Grade Awards Ceremony

Today Lindsey had her end of the year 1st grade awards ceremony. She got an award for good citizenship, participation in the 500 book club (for reading 500 books), and top young astronauts student. I cannot believe it's time for her to be in 2nd grade......

Author's Tea

Monday Lindsey's class had an author's tea. Her class had been writing books and they picked some of them to share with parents. Lindsey was one of the authors who was chosen to share. Her book was titled "The Extraordinary Cat."
