Robert Turns 6!!

This year Robert's birthday party was at Chuck E. Cheese. This year the big toy for Robert seemed to be Transformers... he got a lot! The kids had a blast playing the games and eating the pizza.

SLUFY 2008

For two weeks in July Lindsey went to SLUFY (summer laureate university for youth). This is her second year there. It's tons of classes for kids during the summer. She has to pick two and this year she studied the ocean and reading. Last Friday they had their assembly to share with parents what they had done. Her class had to pick something in the ocean and present something about it.... Lindsey chose a starfish.

New Place To Play

This past week a cool new place opened here called Playtime Pizza. It's a two story pizza place with an indoor go cart track, mini golf, laser tag room, mini bowling lanes and bumper cars... plus they have tons of arcade games. It's HUGE.

Lindsey Continues Swim Lessons

Lindsey is continuing private swimming lessons. She's doing really well. Her teacher is now showing her breast stroke, back stroke... ect.

Daryn Comes For A Visit

One of our friends, Daryn, came for a visit this past weekend. He used to live here but moved away about 2 years ago. When he lived here Daryn took us ice skating and Lindsey remembered that, so she asked to go this weekend. It was amazing in the hour we were there she went from falling down a lot to skooting across the ice. Look at the video below.

Anna Visits

Last week Lindsey's cousin Anna came to visit for a little while. She has changed a lot! She looks just like Kevin, I think. She loved Blue from Blues Clues.
