"Take Me Out To The Ballgame"

The Arkansas Travelers opened a new ballpark for their baseball team last week. We got tickets to the game. It was a lot of fun. We left early because Lindsey started yawning.... she was snoring before we got home! The park is REALLY nice. It's like being in a big league ballpark with the city skyline being the view over the outfield. Unfortunately, the Travs lost 6-5.

Easter Egg Hunt

We had Easter at our cousin Melisa's house this year. It was COLD for easter this year... lows at around 28 and the high on easter was about 50. So we decided to hunt eggs in the house. We all took turns hiding AND hunting eggs.... including my brother who put on easter bunny ears as he hid eggs.

Lindsey's Easter Dress

Lindsey loves to dress up. She got a new dress for Easter, but didn't want to take it off when she got home from church. She wore it all day!

Lindsey, Riley and Mom Dye Easter Eggs

Lindsey's cousin, Riley, from Virginia was in town for Easter weekend. They played together all day on Saturday. They went to an egg hunt and dyed their own Easter eggs.

Lindsey Visits "Big Dam Bridge"

Last fall a pedestrian bridge opened over the Murray Dam. It's almost a mile long, so it's called the Big Dam Bridge. I run over it all the time but Lindsey and Laurie had never been on it so after Sydney's party (see post below) we went walking over the bridge. It's a pretty steep incline to get up it, so by the time we were leave Lindsey was complaining she was tired so I had to carry her down it! (she had just come from a 2 hour party where she played hard!

Sydney's Birthday Party

On March 24th Lindsey went to Sydney's 6th birtday party. Sydney is one of her friends from her old school. The party was at Murray park down by the river. She had a blast seeing all her old friends from her old school.
